The high cantle and pommel give the rider security, while still allowing range of motion. This model is painted with a hard hammered copper finish. Seat sizes can be ordered from 14" to 16." The basic model cost is $750.
This is the prototype model; production models are available for sale now. Contact Trey Schlichting to order yours.

U-Finish Bows
These are great basic horse bows from Attila's Archery for under $200. The flexible parts and limbs are a special tapered maple core, while the handle and the syahs are made from ash wood. It comes sanded, and can be finished with varnish oil, paint, or leather.
A Company helps our students customize their bows with an individual look. First, the handle is thinned down, anywhere from 5/8" to 1/2" wide and then 1 1/2" long. This really helps the performance because it requires much less paradox on the arrow. If this is your first bow, we suggest not staining it, but rather using a high quality spray paint to finish it. A Company recommends the Krylon hammered metal finishes, as the paint with be rock hard in 24 hours, yet still flexible. It also lets you touch up blemishes or scratches over the year to make it look brand new again. Finally, the accent wraps are nylon upholstery thread wrapped on and tied off with a center serving knot. Then, the thread is coated with spray polyurethane (satin works best). It is ready to shoot after 3 days of drying in temperatures over 65 degrees.
The bows pictured are finished with Krylon paint, white rabbit fur (blue bow), and beaver fur (black bow). Feel free to contact A Company with questions about finishing your bow.
